Along with the progress of the dust removal technology, it was found that the advantage can complement between bag dust collector and electrostatic dust collector. More than a decade, through industrial test and improving in de-dusting engineering application, it is matured gradually for the technology of combine (bag and electrostatic) dust collector.
At present, more mature technology of combine dust collector is one electric field on the front and two zones bag house collector at backward. Though electrostatic part it is made dust with electric charge, so some part of dust will be collected by positive plate and then deposited; fume which dust concentration is reduced is filtrated through the bag filter, then vent to the air.
The advantages of combine dust collector are as follow: firstly, it can discharge according to the standard with the situation of volatility; secondly, the invest cost is reduced; and the thirdly, the maintenance cost is decreased.
In order to operation stably, it is taken PLC center control, and matched with detection and alarm system. Also it is installed the bypass valve which is cooling device, spray cooling device and pre-spraying device of bag.
